Breweries and beer

Bath Brew House brews on site in the city centre and runs a Brewery Experience Day with the head brewer, food included, finishing with a few pints; it only runs on actual brew days, so contact them to check dates and current pricing. Electric Bear Brewing Co, at Brassmill Lane with a second taproom in the centre, suits a simpler pint stop. Boat trips and punting

Bath Boating Station hires rowing boats, punts and canoes for two to six people, so a stag group can take several boats out and race them; it's self-guided, seasonal (April to September), and needs at least two adults per boat. Pulteney Cruisers runs a guided hour-long cruise on a boat seating up to 70, with a bar on board, better suited to a group that would rather sit and drink than row.
Escape rooms
Bath has a handful of escape rooms, including Tempo Escape Room near Bath Spa station, BathExit and BathEscape. The catch for stag groups is capacity: most rooms cap teams at around six players, so a group of ten or twelve needs to split and book parallel or back-to-back slots rather than all playing together. Worth building into the day, not the whole day.
Crazy golf, adventure golf and a proper round
Boom Battle Bar at Kingsmead Leisure Complex on James Street West runs crazy golf alongside axe throwing, beer pong, shuffleboard and augmented reality darts, and markets a specific stag package where the stag plays free. It's an easy way to get ten or more people doing something together indoors, whatever the weather. Outdoors, Victoria Falls Adventure Golf in Royal Victoria Park is an 18-hole course open daily from 10am until dusk. For an actual round, Bath Golf Club, an 18-hole hilltop course dating to 1880, is the main option; book tee times well ahead for a group.
Karting and paintball

Pubs and bars for a big group
Bath's centre has plenty of good bars, but many suit couples or small groups better than a stag party of ten-plus. This is the honest crux of it. Bristol is bigger, louder and built for a proper night out, with Harbourside and the Old City doing the heavy lifting after dark. Bath is quieter and works better as the daytime half of a weekend. Plenty of groups base in Bristol and train into Bath for a few hours of activities, or do a day in Bath followed by a night in Bristol.
