How to flag something
Email corrections@weknowbath.com with the page, what's wrong, and, if you can, a link or source showing the right information. That lets us check and update quickly. For anything else, see contact.
How we handle it
- We check what you've sent against a reliable source.
- We update the page and refresh its "checked" date so readers can see it's current.
- We correct in the open. We don't silently edit a mistake away and pretend it never happened.
- If a correction changes the substance of a comparison or recommendation, we make that clear.
Our standing promise
Every price and time on the site carries the month we checked it. If a figure looks old, it probably is, and a nudge from a reader is the fastest way to get it refreshed. Keeping the site honest and current is a shared effort, and we're grateful for the tip-offs.
