WeKnowBath is a simple, static guide site. We collect very little about you, we don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers that follow you around the web. Here's what that means, in plain English.
What we collect
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address only to send you our letter from Bath. We never pass it to third parties for marketing.
- Server logs: like nearly every website, our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the site secure. This is routine and not used to identify you personally.
- Messages: if you email us a correction or question, we keep it so we can reply and act on it.
We do not set advertising cookies, sell data, or build a profile of you.
Your choices and rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe in every email, and you can leave any time. To make a request, email hello@weknowbath.com.
Changes to this notice
If we ever add something that changes how we handle data, such as analytics or a new form, we'll update this page and its date first. This is a plain-English summary, not formal legal advice; ask us if you need the precise legal basis for a particular purpose.
Who to contact
