No, Bath doesn't have a dedicated laser tag venue of its own. The nearest fixed arenas are in Bristol, about 12-15 miles and 25-30 minutes' drive away, with a couple of multi-activity venues further afield in Swindon and Chippenham. If you want laser tag without leaving Bath, mobile hire companies will bring a portable setup to a party or event, which is the one way to get the game inside the city itself.

Bristol: the nearest fixed venues
TeamSport Laser Combat, out at Avonmouth, runs what it describes as the largest multi-level laser tag arena in Bristol, with room for up to 27 players across several game formats, from a straightforward two-game session to packages that combine laser tag with go-karting. Laser Fusion, in Broadmead near Cabot Circus, is a dedicated laser tag venue in the same building as Clue HQ escape rooms; standard games run about 20 minutes each, and the venue recommends playing three for the best value if you're making a day of it. For groups wanting the whole arena to themselves, Laser Fusion's exclusive hire starts from £120 per game, and party packages with food start from £350 for up to 20 players (additional players at £17.50 each), based on current prices listed on its own booking system. Tenpin Bristol, at the AvonMeads retail park, offers laser tag as one of several activities alongside bowling, karaoke and escape rooms, so it suits a mixed group better than a laser-tag-only outing. All three are about 25-30 minutes from Bath by car.
Further out: Swindon and Chippenham
If Bristol doesn't work for your trip, Laserquest Swindon, at Shaw Ridge Leisure Park, combines laser tag with soft play and an arcade, and sits around 35-40 miles and 45-55 minutes from Bath via the M4, useful if you're already heading that direction. Closer in at about 20 miles, Kids Combat Adventures near Chippenham runs outdoor laser tag sessions aimed specifically at children's parties rather than a general night out, so it's a different kind of experience to an indoor arena.
Mobile laser tag that comes to Bath
A handful of mobile hire companies list Bath and the wider Bath & North East Somerset area as part of their coverage, bringing a portable laser tag setup to a garden, hall or venue for a party or event. This is the only way to get the game physically inside Bath itself rather than travelling out to a fixed arena, and it suits a birthday party or group event better than a casual drop-in game. Pricing and availability vary by operator and event size, so get a direct quote from the company rather than relying on an old listing.
Practical tips
Prices and exact packages change fairly often at activity venues like these, so check the venue's own website or call ahead before you travel, especially for group bookings, which usually need advance notice. If you're building a full day out around Bristol rather than just the laser tag, our getting around Bath without a car guide and the day trips from Bath guide cover the wider trip, and Bristol's own laser tag and VR gaming options has more detail on what's actually at each Bristol venue if that's where you end up going.
